Industry Appreciation Day Booth Registration 2025

  • Booth items shall be free to the public.

    • Fundraising activities are not permitted at this event.
    • There is no charge for your booth space. In return you are encouraged to provide a gift for guests at this event.
    • Political candidates, groups and support staff must remain within their booth space when soliciting guests of Industry Appreciation Day.
    • No Alcohol is permitted at this event
    • Food sponsors must be DEC compliant

    Booth Participant Instructions:

    • Booths will be located on the green strip on Main Street Loop in front of the softball fields in Kenai.
    • Set up is scheduled for the morning of the event, beginning at 8:00 a.m. An Industry Appreciation Day (IAD) committee member will be located on-site to inform you of your booth location.
    • All vehicles parked along the green strip frontage will have to be moved from Main Street Loop after setup for access by emergency equipment.
    • Electricity will be provided upon request but is limited.
    • You must provide your own tent, tables, chairs and extension cords.
    • Please provide a refuse container at your booth, we provide a few as well.
    • Safety for booth participants and the public are of great concern. Please arrive early (especially if you have electrical needs) and be prepared to open at the start of the event.
    • Please pick up any litter around your booth throughout the day and at completion of the event.All food booth sponsors must be DEC compliant (907-262-5210).
    • Participants are encouraged to bring something to distribute to IAD guests.
    • Fundraising activities are not permitted at this event.
    • The green strip will open to the public at noon and close at 4:00 p.m. You may open your booth by 11:30 a.m.
