Health Fair Vendor Table Sign-Up

Central Peninsula Hospital is holding a Women and Babies Fair on Saturday, May 9th, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the River Tower on the CPH Campus. Space is limited and will be first come, first serve. Please respond as soon as possible.

Vendor registration deadline is Friday, April 10th.

CPH organizers will be creating a "passport" for attendees to get stamped at the fair. If they fill their passport, they can enter to win one of two grand prize drawings, provided by CPH. We also encourage vendors to provide a give-away with a drawing at their own booth. You will be in charge of providing your own tickets to enter your drawing and be responsible for drawing your winner and contacting them.

Set-up time will begin at 6:30 p.m. on May 8th. If you choose to wait until the morning of the fair, the doors will open at 7:00 a.m. for set-up.
